I couldn’t agree less with fivethirtyeight’s comment about news coverage vs news interest on the two democratic primary candidates. Bernie has seen consistent snubs throughout this primary season, especially in the fall where most of the electorate didn’t even know Bernie existed. This is effect an establishment candidate has on voters and news outlets. Despite the upward trending yearning for people trying to find out more about this self-proclaimed democratic socialist, outlets flat out refused the coverage. Only until the weeks leading up to Super Tuesday has Bernie seen the surge in coverage. Is it too little too late?

I would love your opinion on reasons why I should vote for Bernie as opposed to Hillary. It is not a question of whether I support Democrats or Republicans, but rather which Democratic candidate will take our country to the next level.
for myself, i dont trust Hillary. Policy wise either her or Bernie will be better for the country than Trump or Cruz. But between the two Democrats, Bernie recognizes that the system we live in, whether talking about the 2-party political system that is biased towards whomever can spend the most every 2-4 years during an election cycle… or whether talking about wall street and bank bailouts that cost us the taxpayers without anyone from the banks being held accountable.
people are sick of empty do-nothing grandstanding from politicians today. they want someone who inspires and who is trustworthy. who’s been on the right side of issues since day 1 because that’s the kind of person he is, rather than flip flopping positions based on what is most politically savvy at the moment.
