Just read over on Pitchfork that The Avalanches are officially on the road [back]. And while the news they released upon social media isn’t quite what most had hoped (see: a most anticipated follow up to their 2000 release Since I Left You.), we do get three festival shows. Well–when I say we I of course mean anyone with the ways or means of getting to Barcelona, London, or Australia.

Either way, it’s exciting knowing the remaining members of the group are still up for performances. Album next? Bitte?
